A friend visited Kyobo Bookstore in Korea and sent me these photos after spotting 삐뽀삐뽀 911 미국 유학 백과 on the shelf. For some reason, seeing the book in an actual bookstore made the publication feel much more real.
My favorite part? My friend jokingly moved the book to the bestseller section, took a photo, and said, “I’m putting it here and manifesting bestseller status.” 😄
Looking back, my own journey included plenty of uncertainty, mistakes, questions, and moments of growth. This book is, in many ways, a collection of the advice, lessons, and encouragement I wish I had when I first began my own study abroad journey.
🍋 When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
I hope this book helps students and families navigate their own journeys with a little more confidence, clarity, and support. If you'd like to support the book, a few simple ways include:
✔️ Requesting it through your university or local library
✔️ Sharing it with students, families, educators, or study abroad communities
✔️ Introducing it to schools, programs, or organizations that support students studying in the U.S.
✔️ Leaving a short review online
